RETURNS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds of any kind. however, ANY RETURNS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE being received by the customer ARE eligible for store credit. Items must be returned in the following condition:

  • New Condition

  • UNUSED & unaltered

  • Tags must be attached (when applicable)

  • the original box must be included, free of damage and shipping labels

We recommend that you ship it via a trackable and insured method back as SUNDRIES cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt.
